The Listing Dept ("The Listing Dept," "we," "us," or "our") is a done-for-you marketing service for real estate listings, operated by Collaborative Endeavor, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.

The Listing Dept is the customer-facing brand of Collaborative Endeavor, LLC. When you see a charge from us, it may appear on your statement as Collaborative Endeavor, LLC. You can reach us any time at info@thelistingdept.com.

We only collect what we need to build your marketing and run your account. That falls into a few buckets.

Your branding information. When you set up your brand, you give us your name, email, phone number, website, brokerage name, office or mailing address, logo and reversed logo files, headshot, brand colors, fonts, taglines, social media handles, and any footer or disclaimer images. We use this to build your templates so every listing comes out on brand.

Your listing information. For each listing you submit, we collect the property address, price, beds, baths, square footage, features, description, and photos. If you upload an MLS sheet, we read those same details from it so you do not have to retype them. You always review and confirm before anything is finalized.

Account and billing information. We collect your name, email, plan, and billing status. Payments and card details are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number; Stripe does. We keep a record of your subscription status, listing counts, and invoices so we can run your account.

Messages you send us. If you fill out our contact form or email us, we collect what you send, including your name, email, phone, whether you are an agent, team lead, brokerage, or service provider, and your message.

Basic website data. Like most websites, ours collects standard technical information through our hosting and infrastructure providers, such as your browser type, device, and pages visited. This helps us keep the site working and understand general usage.

We use your information to:

• Build, quality-check, and deliver your listing marketing.
• Apply your branding automatically to every listing.
• Set up and run your account, process payments, and manage your subscription.
• Send you the emails that make the service work: your welcome and setup messages, delivery notices, revision confirmations, billing and payment notices, and reminders.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We use your information only to run The Listing Dept and to serve you, and we work to keep it inside our own systems.

We share your information only with the service providers that make The Listing Dept run, and only so they can perform their part of the service for us. These providers receive information through secure, industry-standard connections (encrypted APIs and integrations), and they are permitted to use it only to provide their service to us, not for their own purposes.

• Stripe handles payments, subscriptions, and invoices. Card details go to Stripe, not to us.
• A small set of trusted third-party services provides the infrastructure behind The Listing Dept: secure form intake, data storage, automation, design rendering, file storage and delivery, website hosting, business email, transactional email delivery, and network and domain security.
• AI tools read the MLS sheets you choose to upload so your listing details fill in automatically and you do not have to retype them.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. If that ever happens, we will handle your information consistent with this policy.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential to make the site work. We may also use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These tools may set cookies and collect standard information like pages visited, device, and general location.

You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information. Connections between our systems and our providers use encryption in transit. Access to your data is limited to the people and automated processes that need it to run the service. Our payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider, so sensitive card data never touches our own systems. No method of storage or transmission is ever perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to fix problems quickly if they arise.

We keep your branding and listing information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can reactivate your account, keep your past deliveries available, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Billing records are retained as required for tax and financial purposes. You can ask us to delete your information (see your choices below).

You can update your branding any time through the branding form. You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing info@thelistingdept.com, and we will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we are required to keep. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; email us and we will help.

The Listing Dept is a business service for real estate professionals and service providers who support them, and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our service or the law changes. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top, and for significant changes we will let you know by email or a notice on the site. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
